Melinda Aspell, Registered Social Worker is a 100% virtual counselling practice. This means that all counselling sessions occur either via video, phone, or written word in the form of chat or e-mail type messages.
Research shows that virtual counselling is as beneficial as face to face counselling for almost every issue that a person might bring to a counsellor.

Video, Telephone and Text based counselling is available Monday to Friday during the following hours:
8:00am - 2:30pm NST
7:30am - 2:00pm AST
6:30am - 1:00pm EST
4:30am - 11:00am MST
Fees for Service
15 minute consultation: Free
50 minute individual session: $130
80 minute extended session: $195
1 email session: $130
All major credit cards accepted.
Many insurance plans offer some type of coverage for counselling with a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or a professional who holds a Master of Social Work (MSW). Please review your policy or contact your insurance company directly to inquire about the specific benefits available to you.
Please note that your provider may not cover missed appointments or late cancellations.
Online booking will become available to you once you are registered within the client management system.
